This website sets no cookies and loads no analytics or tracking scripts. Fonts, images, scripts and styles are served from neuralsoftx.com. External websites are contacted only if you choose to follow an external link.
The hosting provider, Netlify, Inc., may temporarily log connection metadata such as IP address, user agent and requested URL for security and operational purposes. The legal basis is legitimate interest in site availability and abuse prevention under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. See Netlify's privacy statement.
When you contact NeuralSoftX
If you email NeuralSoftX, the information you provide is processed to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual steps at your request or Art. 6(1)(f) for general correspondence. Email is handled in Google Workspace. Correspondence is retained while the matter is active and for longer only where reasonably necessary for contractual, tax, accounting or legal records.
International data transfers
Hosting is provided by Netlify, Inc. in the United States. Email is handled by Google Workspace. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, the providers' applicable transfer mechanisms and contractual safeguards apply.
Your rights under the GDPR
Subject to the conditions in applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or portability, and may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. To exercise a right, email contact@neuralsoftx.com. NeuralSoftX will normally respond within one month.
