When you visit this site
This website sets no cookies and loads no tracking scripts. All fonts, images, scripts, and styles are served from neuralsoftx.com — your browser does not make requests to third-party servers when you open these pages.
The hosting provider (Netlify, Inc.) may temporarily log connection metadata such as IP address, user agent, and requested URL for security and operational purposes (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in site availability and abuse prevention). Netlify's own data-processing practices are described at https://www.netlify.com/privacy/.
When you contact us
If you send email to the address above, we process the information you share in order to respond (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — pre-contractual steps at your request, or Art. 6(1)(f) for general correspondence). Emails arrive in Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited, Dublin) and are retained as long as the matter is active, plus a reasonable archival period to meet Belgian tax and legal record-keeping obligations (typically seven years for business correspondence with fiscal relevance).
International data transfers
Hosting is provided by Netlify, Inc. in the United States. Netlify offers a Data Processing Addendum that incorporates the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Email is handled by Google Workspace, which transfers data under the same safeguards. No other third-party processing of visitor data takes place.
Your rights under the GDPR
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request erasure ("right to be forgotten")
- Restrict or object to our processing
- Receive a portable copy of your data
- Withdraw any consent you have given
